Reservations must be paid before arrival at the resort, or as specified on the reservation documentation.

50% Of the total amount of high seasons reservations must be paid by 30th of April, the rest of the amount must be paid by the 31st of October.

No access to the resort will be granted if proof of payment has not reached the office before your arrival.

No bookings may be transferred from one person to another.

The tariffs listed under the Tariffs link as well as all information displayed there are strongly applicable in all reservations.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!

NO CONSTRUCTION OR OTHER PHYSICAL TYPE WORKERS ARE ALLOWED!

Check in is 15h00 on the day of arrival. Check out is 10h00 on the day of departure.

Guest can enquire at the offices regarding the possibility of checking in earlier, or checking out later for a fee of R30, depending on availability.

In case of a cancellation the following terms and conditions apply:

 A Cancellation fee of R 70  will be charge with all cancellations.

 Cancellations less than 13 days prior to arrival will result in a total loss of payments made.

 Cancellations between 14 and 29 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% loss of payments made.

 Cancellations between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% loss of deposit.

 Cancellations between 60 and 89 days prior to arrival will result in a 25% loss of deposit.

 Cancellations 90+ days prior to arrival: only cancellation fee will be subtracted.
